    All software orders should be opened and examined immediately upon receipt. Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to contact Davka with any and all complaints and problems. We strongly recommend sending in the registration card included with your software, so that we can more easily assist you should you ever need to call for support and to enable us to notify you of updates to programs you have purchased.

    Return Policy

    An RMA is needed to return any Davka program.

    Unopened items will be issued Davka credit or a refund of the total costs of the items (minus shipping and handling fees). Any program which is returned without all components or in a condition in which can not be resold will be assessed a restocking fee. Please keep all packaging, manuals, disks, and registration cards until you are sure you are satisfied with the product(s) you have purchased. For complete, opened items returned with authorization, we will gladly issue Davka credit that can be applied to future purchases.

    RMAs can be obtained from our customer service department at 800.621.8227, by email at sales@davka.com, or they can be requested by filling out our online RMA form at http://www.davka.com/cgi-bin/rma.cgi. Online RMA requests are generally answered within 24 hours. No returns will be accepted or processed without an RMA. RMAs must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be received within 2 weeks of the RMA's issuance. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

    Davka reserves the right to refuse returns of opened software without a proper RMA and/or deny full or partial credit for such returns.

    Please Note: Davka will not accept returns or issue refunds for product upgrades or products sold by download. All download sales are final.

    Replacements

    After receiving authorization from Davka's Technical Support department, defective products may be returned for exchanges only. Replacements for misplaced media can be purchased for a nominal fee if you have registered your copy of the program.
